Do you find yourself nervous about tackling a challenging, necessary conversation? We can work together on a specific conversation you are trying to have, or developing a broader framework for these type of conversations, as well as how to give feedback effectively.

As a leader, I want to make sure all voices are heard. Or alternatively: I don’t understand why all voices need to be heard. 

If you’re interested in improving the communication models of your team, we can identify what’s missing and work on implementing new or improved practices. If you think that the issue is that too many people are sharing their perspectives and it’s causing inefficiency, let’s discuss what needs to happen.
