Understanding & Managing Triggers:
Navigate Stress and Conflict

Meets twice: June 3 & 10 @ 6:00pm PT

What happens to you when your calmed is knocked off? How do you react? How do you get back to center?

What happens when someone says or does something that pisses you off? What happens internally?

Whether it is at work, at home, with friends and family, everybody gets triggered. Triggers are not a unique buzz word to describe new wave emotions; they simply describe an experience that is deeply personal to each of us. This course will help you learn how to manage your triggers to ensure that you feel good about what you do and say when you are off-center.

Leading & Communicating Effectively: Adapt and Provide Feedback and Direction

Meets twice: May 6 & May 13, 2026 @ 6:00pm PT

Have you ever noticed that it’s easier for you to work with certain people more than others? This isn’t just because some people are awesome and some people aren’t (even if you still believe that to be true)!

We are often better at working and communicating in a certain way, and find it easy when the people we work with match that style. But a great leader and communicator knows how to adapt. Learn how to do do just that!

Becoming a Killer Public Speaker: Deliver Memorable Messages as Panelist or Moderator

Meets once: May 20, 2026 @ 5:30pm PT or May 22, 2026 @ 10:00am PT

You’ve seen it before — speakers on stage who captivate the audience. There’s just something about them that is exciting to hear and see. These are moderators who connect the dots seamlessly; these are speakers who make people laugh and cry.

This course is focused on what I like to call “the secret sauce” of public speaking. The best part? Anyone can learn the tricks. How good you get depends on effort.

Once you learn what the secret of great speaking is, you can both give great speeches and know just how to help others be amazing speakers when you are moderating a panel.

2025

Pescadero, CA

Ms. Ngo creates a warm atmosphere of camaraderie and, even as a somewhat nervous public speaker, I enjoyed it and the feedback I received. It was well worth it. I can tell you that it helped me immensely.  The Session gave me tools that I use to this day. I would take this Session again and again if I had the opportunity.
